These codes are minimum standards for construction and fire safety. In addition to the adopted technical codes, there are requirements 法规 enforced by other City Departments and State Agencies.

Plans and specifications must be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, 自然, and extent of the work proposed and shown in detail that it will conform to the provisions of the technical codes and all relevant laws, 条例, 规则, 法规.
